RETURNS & EXHANGES

Domestic Returns

We hope you love your Everyone Loves The Weekend pieces! We offer returns for store credit or merchandise exchange only. Returns must be initiated and sent back within 7 days of your order being delivered. You are responsible for the return cost of shipping which will be deducted from your store credit. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged with original tags still attached.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of wear or has been altered from its original condition in any way, in this instance, you may choose to have the item(s) sent back to you at your own expense.

Any package returned after this timeframe will be refused and returned to the sender. The sender bears the costs and risks pertaining to the return of product(s). No returns with a shipping label other than the one provided by our customer service team will be accepted and shall be refused upon arrival. Please contact hi@everyonelovestheweekend.com to initiate. 

Items marked “Final Sale”, custom orders, discounted items, or trunk show purchases cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not price adjust. Once an order has shipped it cannot be canceled. An order can be canceled before it has shipped, however there will still be a $10 cancellation/processing fee.

International  Returns

We ship internationally. Please contact hi@everyonelovestheweekend.com to coordinate your international shipment details. Additional taxes, duties, and/or shipping rates may apply. All international orders are final sale and non-returnable.

Defective Items

If a defective item arrives, please email hi@everyonelovestheweekend.com with pictures of damage within 2 days of delivery. We are not responsible in the event of loss, theft, or damage to the package itself.
